: This study was led according to the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical clearance letter obtained from the Research and Ethics Committee of Arsi University, College of Health Science(Ref no: A/CHS/RC/23/2023). The letter was submitted to the hospital administration and permission was secured. Additionally, written informed consent was obtained from each respondent after providing detailed information regarding the purpose of the study and the right to refuse participation or ask for anything unclear to them at any time. To ensure confidentiality, the names of the respondents were not written on the questionnaires.
