: This retrospective observational study was approved by the Slovenian National Medical Ethics Committee (approval number 0120 − 94/2021/3) and was conducted in accordance with the principles of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki. The requirement for informed consent was waived owing to the retrospective observational nature of the study. The decision not to require informed consent was upheld by the Slovenian National Medical Ethics Committee.
