: Ethical approval was obtained from the Committee on Human Research, Publications, and Ethics of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) (Ref No: CHRPE/AP/363/21), and conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration. Final study approval was obtained from the Ashanti Regional Health Directorate, and letters were sent to the various participating districts to permit access to their data for the study.
