: The study was conducted in compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and received ethical approval from the Research Ethics Committee at the Faculty of Nursing, Mansoura University, under reference number P 0561. The hospital chief authorized the study after the researchers provided a detailed explanation of its objectives and procedures. Informed consent was obtained from the mothers, who were given a thorough overview of the study’s purpose and methods. The mothers were informed that contribution was deliberate, and they might withdraw at any time without needing to justify their decision. Furthermore, the mothers were secured that their personal data would remain private and would not be linked to the study’s results.
