: Oral and written consent was obtained from all patients’ caregivers (parents or legal guardians) prior to enrolment in the study. Both the patients and their caregivers were provided with detailed information about the study. In addition to the consent provided by their caregivers, patients aged 15 to 18 years also gave their own consent to participate.
