: After approval of the research protocol by the Ethics Committee of the Catholic University of Graben in collaboration with the health authorities of the Katwa Health Zone, we obtained permission to collect the data following the principles of scientific research. Anonymity and respect for human dignity have been respected. All methods were performed in accordance with relevant guideline, and complied with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. And informed consent was obtained from parents and legal guardians for study participation.
