: Ethical clearance was acquired from the Institutional Review Committee of Injibara University, College of Medicine and Health Sciences. Additionally, each data collecting site’s hospitals and the Awi Zone Health Department have granted their consent. Since the data collected in this study was a part of medical services with routine pattern in hospitals and the mode of data collection was noninvasive, verbal informed consent was obtained from each study participant’s mother/caretaker before data collection. This approach for getting verbal agreement to participate was approved by the Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee. Confidentiality of the data was protected by omitting their identifiers. All individuals were participating in this study only with their willingness.
