: An ethical approval letter was received from the IRB of Jimma University (reference number JUIHIRB-106/22, dated 10/08/2022). Consequently, a letter of permission was obtained from the Health Department of the East Wollega Zone and their respective district health offices. The study participants were informed of the objective of the study, involvement of their child in the study, and written informed consent was obtained from each participant about themselves and their child involvement conditions prior to the start of data collection.
