: This study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee of Kasturba Medical College and Kasturba Hospital (Approval number [IEC:490/2020]) and followed the ethical guidelines of the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki. All parents or legal guardians in the study signed a written informed consent before participation. As patients were minors, parental written consent were obtained.
