: The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki ethics for human research. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Ethics approval was gained from the Institutional Review Board of the Ghana Health Service with the certificate number GHS-ERC:028/02/23. Informed consent was obtained from all participants to participate in the study. No individuals younger than the age of 16 participated in this study, instead, the parents, above18 years were the main participants.
