: Ethical clearance was obtained from Kabale University Research Ethics Committee (KABREC), (REF. No. KABREC-2024-110). We also got administrative clearance from the hospital director of KRRH, and in-charge of YCC. Voluntary informed consent was sought and obtained from each eligible participant prior to enrolment. Confidentiality of all data collected was observed. All participants were aged 18 years and above and as such there was no need to obtain assent from them.
