: Ethical approval was obtained from the Ethics Review Board, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Debre Tabor University (DTU) with protocol number 229/2022; Confidentiality of patients’ information was maintained at all levels of the study as the data abstraction format lacked patient names. Consent to participate in this study was not directly obtained from the pediatric patients due to their age. Instead, data were collected from their parents or legal guardians, who provided informed consent on behalf of the participants.
