: Ethical approval was obtained from the Lira University Research Ethics Committee on 4th February, 2025 with a LUREC number of LUREC-2024–334.Permission was obtained from the Lira Regional Referral administration and institutional review board to access patient files and collect data from them.Privacy was observed by using a unique identifier (code numbers) that was anonymous for each patient file without recording their names and patient file numbers.No permission was obtained from the participants parents or guardians because data was collected from infants’ files therefore waiver of consent was obtained from Lira Regional Referral Hospital Review Board.
