: Ethical clearance was obtained from Research and Ethics Committee of the Pediatrics and Child Health Department’s Research and Publications Committee of the School of Medicine, College of Health Sciences and Addis Ababa University and all methods were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations. Respondents were clearly informed about the purpose of the study and the information required from them. Informed, written consents from primary care takers (parents/guardians) were obtained. Personal identifiers like the names of participants were not used to maintain confidentiality. All participants included in the study are kept anonymous during subsequent analysis and dissemination. Children with unaddressed associated impairment diagnosed during the study were linked to the respective specialty evaluation and management.
