: The study protocol was approved by Zhujiang Hospital, Southern Medical University, and formal ethical approval was obtained from the Research Ethics Committee of the hospital under ethics approval number 2023-KY-006.In addition, our study was conducted using de-identified clinical data derived from patient samples. No experimental procedures were performed on the samples themselves. Furthermore, all data were fully anonymized, ensuring that no personally identifiable information was included in the analysis.
