: All procedures complied with the Declaration of Helsinki’s Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects. Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Cape Town Human Research Ethics Committee (ethics ref: 558/2021). Adolescents and their caregivers (if under 18), facilitators, and stakeholders provided written informed consent to participate in the study. As per good clinical practice guidelines, participants kept a signed consent copy, with a second copy stored securely at CPMH offices. Permission to work with the selected schools was granted from the Western Cape Education Department.
