: Data was collected after approval from the Ethical Review Committee of The Aga Khan University. Our study involves only the analysis of pre-existing patient data stored in the system and patient files, with no direct patient interaction. As a result, the Ethics Review Committee (ERC) has granted us an exemption from formal ethical approval for this study, thereby the need for consent forms was not required. The ERC reference number was 2021-6230-18526. Our study adhered to the declaration of Helsinki to this effect.
