: All the methods carried out in this study were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the University of Gondar. The respondent was informed about the purpose of the study and the right to decline to participate or to withdraw at any time during the interview. Verbal informed consent was obtained from each participant before the interviews were conducted. In case of minors (for participants under the age of sixteen), parental informed consent and assent were obtained. During data collection, we assured participants that all information collected would be kept anonymous and confidential. Anonymity and confidentiality were maintained by excluding personal identifiers from the data collection tool.
