Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Human Research Ethics Committee of the University of Hong Kong (HREC No. EA220215). Written informed consent was obtained at the start of the programme at the school level from the school’s principal, and at the individual level from participating staff and participating leaders’ parents. Written informed consent was obtained at the start of the student-led projects from participating general students’ parents.
