: The study was approved by the Local Ethical Committee of the Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University Faculty of Medicine on 13.01.2025, decision number 5. The methods used in this study complied with the ethical guidelines established by the institutional and/or national research committee, as well as the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its subsequent amendments or comparable ethical standards. Patient confidentiality was strictly maintained throughout the study by anonymizing all personal identifiers, and only de-identified data were used in the analysis. Access to patient data was restricted to authorized study personnel. The need for consent to participate was deemed unnecessary for retrospective study according to national regulations by the Local Ethical Committee of the Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University Faculty of Medicine.
