: The study was pre-approved by the Swedish Ethical Review Authority (Dnr 2022-06757-01) and conducted in accordance to the declaration of Helsinki. Participants aged 15 and older provided their own consent for participation, with caregivers being informed by e-mail. For participants aged 11–14, consent was obtained from both caregivers, or one caregiver if having only one, to ensure that the child was willing and able to participate.
