: Ethical clearance obtained from University of Gondar College of Medicine and health science with reference number SOM/1675/2024 after proposal was submitted and reviewed by the ethical committee. The study was conducted adhering to Helsinki’s declaration procedures for human subjects. The need for consent to participate was waived by the university of Gondar College of medicine and health science ethics committee and deemed unnecessary according to national regulations because it was a retrospective study, and the data extracted from the files/ charts were analyzed.
