: The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Research Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, Daffodil International University, with ethical clearance number FAHSREC/DIU/2024/SMIG-10. All procedures were conducted in compliance with the ethical standards of the responsible committees on human subjects (institutional and national) and with the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and later versions. Written informed consent was obtained from all participating parents, with an impartial witness present for illiterate respondents. The consent form was provided in Bengali script to ensure that participants and their caregivers could clearly comprehend the purpose of the study. Before the interview, participants were informed about the study’s background, objectives, and procedures. Anonymity and confidentiality were maintained throughout the process to protect participants’ rights and ensure their safety.
