: All participation in the study was voluntary, and all children consented to participate prior to the survey, and all parents/guardians received written information about the study’s objective and that they may reserve their child from participation. Parents/caregivers consent was obtained passively, with participation assumed unless parents/caregivers opted out, a procedure approved by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (ref. 821474), known as SIKT [ ].
