: This study did not involve human participants, patient data, biological samples, or clinical interventions. The research exclusively evaluated responses generated by publicly accessible LLMs to standardized, hypothetical parent oriented questions derived from publicly available educational resources. As no personal data were collected and no human subjects were involved, ethical approval and informed consent were not required, in accordance with institutional and national research guidelines. The study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.No human participants (including minors) were enrolled and no identifiable human data were used; therefore, informed consent from parents/legal guardians was not applicable. The standardized question set was developed using publicly accessible patient education/FAQ resources, including Cleveland Clinic and OrthoKids (Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America).
