Ethics approval and consent to participate: was obtained from Institutional Research Ethics Review Committee (IRERC) of Madda Walabu University Shashemene Campus (Ref.No.IRERC/017/2023). Support letter was obtained from West Arsi Zone Health Office and respective District Health Offices. The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical principles of the Declarations of Helsinki. Informed verbal consent to participate was obtained from parents or legal guardians or caretakers after informing them in detail about the study. Participants were enrolled into the study on a voluntary basis and informed the right to refuse participation or to discontinue the interview or study at any point in time. Interviews were held in private areas based on the preferences of participants. Confidentiality of obtained information was maintained. No personal information in the form of names or other identifying data was obtained.
