Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the National Health Research and Training Institute Research Ethics Committee (NHRTREC/2040/11/25) and relevant hospital authorities. The study was a retrospective review of routinely collected clinical records of pediatric patients, with no direct participant contact and no extraction of identifiable personal information.All includedparticipants were minors. The requirement for informed consent from parents orlegal guardians was reviewed and formally waived by the National HealthResearch and Training Institute Research Ethics Committee (NHRTREC/2040/11/25)in accordance with national ethics guidance for minimal-risk retrospectiverecord reviews. Confidentiality was maintained through data de-identificationand secure data handling procedures.
