: This study was approved by the Wales Research Ethics Committee 1 (REC reference: 22/WA/0086), Health Research Authority, and Health and Care Research Wales. The study was conducted in accordance with the regulations outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki (1964) and subsequent revisions. Informed consent was gained from caregivers prior to their participation. Caregivers provided consent on behalf of their child/person they care for in the following instances: (1) children were under 16 years of age, or (2) caregivers indicated that their child/person they care for did not have the capacity to provide consent. Children aged under 16 years completed an assent form where caregivers reported they had the capacity to assent.
