Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and was approved by the Health Research Ethical Committee of Federal Medical Centre, Owo, (FMCOWO/ HREC/2025/14), the Ondo State Health Research Ethics Committee (0SHREC/31/01/2025/799) and University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital (UNIMEDTH/ERC/025/016) because this study was a retrospective study with no direct contact with human beings or human tissue samples and the data used in the study were medical record data, the need for informed consent from individual patients was waived by the Ethics Committee of the of the three tertiary health facilities used. No confidential information was involved in this research.
