Ethics approval and consent to participate: Due to the retrospective, questionnaire-based design of the study, the Bioethics Committee of the Military Institute of Medicine – National Research Institute exempted it from further ethical review (registration no. KB/61/25). Our study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki.
Consent for publication: Informed consent was obtained from all legal guardians of all study participants prior to their enrollment in the research. They were thoroughly informed about the study objectives, procedures, potential risks, and benefits, and they were given the opportunity to ask questions before providing their consent.
