Ethics approval and consent to participate: (Please refer to Italian legislation the recent amendment to Articles 36 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and 110 of the Personal Data Protection Code, Legislative Decree of June 30, 2013). It was a retrospective observational study in which data were collected and analysed in a completely anonymous and aggregated manner, ensuring the protection of patients’ privacy, as mandated by Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003 on personal data protection and in accordance with the decision of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data on 16 November 2023. The study was conducted in compliance with the Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice, the ethical principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki, and applicable Italian laws.The study obtained the Ethical approval by the involved centers (Prot. n. 1597 2926/2022).
