The study was approved as exempt review. The IRB registration number with KACST, KSA is H-01-R-053, and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services IORG number is IORG0010374. The proposal reference number is H1RI-22-Jul25-02. The date of IRB approval was 24 July 2025, with validity until 22 July 2026.The study was conducted in accordance with relevant ethical guidelines and regulations, including the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. As this was a retrospective review of de-identified electronic medical records, the requirement for informed consent to participate from parents or legal guardians of participants younger than 16 years was waived by the Institutional Review Board, King Saud Medical City, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
