Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Helsinki declaration. Prior to the study the project was reported to the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT) for a data protection and ethical assessment (reference number: 191389). The Agency confirmed that no additional approval from the regional ethics committee or institutional review board (IRB) was required, as the questionnaire was anonymous, and no directly identifiable personal data were collected. Similarly, the need for consent from participants was waived by the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research (SIKT) (reference number: 191389). Consent from participants was deemed unnecessary according to the national regulation guidelines.
