Ethics approval and consent to participate: Before the study’s inception, ethical approval with the decision number 134 dated 18.10.2023 was taken from the Ankara Medipol University Local Ethics Committee and registered in the Clinical Trials Register ( NCT06130189 ). The parents of the children who met the study’s criteria and agreed to participate were informed about the study, and written informed consent was obtained from the parents, along with each child’s assent.
