Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study complied with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The retrospective research protocol was approved in 2025 by the Ethics Committee of Taizhou Central Hospital (Taizhou University Hospital) (approval No.: 2025 L-06-106), after the 2022–2024 clinical encounters had occurred but before the research team began data extraction and statistical analysis. The ethics committee waived the requirement for additional informed consent for this retrospective analysis of de-identified existing records. Written informed consent for the original clinical evaluations and laboratory tests had been obtained from the parents or legal guardians at the time of the hospital visits as part of routine care.
