All procedures including participant screening, randomization, study intervention administration and clinical data collection fully complied with clinical research regulations and institutional ethical standards for human subjects. This study involves human participants and was approved by the institutional ethics committee (KS1602) of the hospital. Informed consent were obtained by their parents before taking part.
