: IR is a PhD fellow (funded by Generalitat Valenciana, VALi+d program: ACIF/2015/181) at Universitat Jaume I, in the Department of Basic and Clinical Psychology and Psychobiology. IR is also a member of LabPsiTec (Laboratory of Psychology and Technology) (), Psychological Assistance Service of the Universitat Jaume I, and the Network of Excellence PROMOSAM (PSI2014–56303-REDIT) (). MP-A has PhD in Psychology from the Universitat Jaume I and is a member of the Research Institute of Health Sciences at the Universitat de les Illes Balears. MM has a PhD and is an associate professor in the Department of Basic and Clinical Psychology and Psychobiology at the Universitat Jaume I. DC has a PhD in Psychology from the Universitat Jaume I and is a member of the Network of Excellence PROMOSAM. AM has a PhD in Psychology from the Universitat Jaume I, and is a member of LabPsiTec, Psychological Assistance Service of the Universitat Jaume I, and the Network of Excellence PROMOSAM. CB is a full professor and head of the Doctoral Program in Psychology at Universitat Jaume I. CB is also the director of LabPsiTec, head of the CIBER (Centre for Network Biomedical Research) group in the area of Biomedicine and Health Science (), and a member of the Network of Excellence PROMOSAM. SQ is a Professor of Clinical Psychology, co-director of the Master in General Health Psychology, and Vice-Dean of Masters at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Universitat Jaume I. SQ is also a member of LabPsiTec, CIBER, and the Network of Excellence PROMOSAM.
: The protocol for this study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of Universitat Jaume I (Castellón, Spain) and follows the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki and current Spanish and European Union legislation on privacy and data protection. All participants are volunteers and have to sign an informed consent form in order to participate in the trial. Participants are provided with detailed information about the study and informed that they may leave the study at any time.
