Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Norwegian Regional Committee of Ethics in Medical Research in Mid-Norway approved the study (reference number 1.2007.2176). All mothers gave written, informed consent to participate on behalf of themselves and their toddlers and for the researchers to publish from the data obtained.In two families, the parenting was considered harmful to the child, and the Child Welfare Services were notified.
