: This trial has been ethically approved by the Ethics Committee of the VU Medical center (METc VUMc) prior to the start of the study (registration number: 2015.536). All amendments will be communicated to the METC. Non-substantial amendments will be recorded and filed by the corresponding author.Before patients are included in the study, they are informed (both verbally and by email) by the research assistant about the aims and the design of the study including randomization and the possibility of ending their participation at any time without disadvantages. One week after receiving this information, at the end of the assessment held by the research assistant, an informed consent is signed.
