Both studies were approved by the formal ethical review board Medical Chamber of Hamburg, Germany (Ethik-Kommission der Ärztekammer Hamburg, reference numbers: PV3805 (DEPSCREEN-INFO), PV4903 (study about help-seeking behavior among patients with depression)).
