Written informed consent from both adolescents and parents will be obtained for their own participation. For adolescents aged younger than 16, parental written informed consent will be obtained as well.

: The four modules of the prevention program of which the effectiveness will be investigated in this study, were developed by the researchers themselves (in close collaboration with external parties). Trimbos-institute, Utrecht, has the exploitation rights of the modules. Trimbos-institute is a not-for-profit WHO Collaborative Centre with the goals to disseminate best and evidence-based practices. Trimbos-institute may license third parties to use the modules within preventive services. MH and FS are employees at Trimbos-institute, but will not have a share in any possible license revenues.
