Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Data from the electronic registration systems were used anonymously. Information which does not relate to an identified or identifiable natural person does not fall under the European General Data Protection Regulation []. Patients were not submitted to any specific action or intervention for the study, measures and assessment procedure were part of usual care. Therefore, according to Dutch Law on Medical Ethics [], no specific informed consent or a review of a Medical Ethics Committee was required.
