Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study was reviewed and approved by the institutional review boards at Oncology Institute of Istanbul University in terms of ethic (no: 709731125–604.01.01) on 5 February 2018. Because the study is a retrospective one and we only reviewed the charts of the patients and we made neither interviews nor evaluations with the patients to perform the study it wasn’t necessary to get written consent from the patients. All patients’ records were anonymized and de-identified prior to analyses.
