Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was conducted in Norway, where ethics approval is not required for surveys that collect non-identifying data (). Thus, no formal ethics approval was required for the current study. However, the study was registered with the Norwegian Centre for Research Data (NSD; ref. nr. 59447) in line with local legislation in Norway (). Participants were presented with an information sheet about the study upon entering the survey portal, and was informed that proceeding to the survey would be considered as consent to take part in the study.
