: Mbarara University of Science and Technology Research Ethics Committee (MUST-REC) and Ugandan National Council for Science and Technology (UNSCT) approved this study. The Office of the Prime Minister of Uganda which is charged with the responsibility of overseeing refugee rights in the refugee settlements provided the permission to access our participants. Informed consent was obtained from all participants to ensure comprehension and full awareness of the content within the study. Participants who did not know how to read and write consented with their fingerprints instead of signature.
