: JMHSS patients provided consent for their data to be used for the purpose of personalised service, service evaluation and research. The patients did not provide their consent explicitly for this study. As such, the authors sought for a Waiver of Consent consideration from the University of Western Australia’s Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC). This request was subsequently granted by the mentioned HREC (Reference Number RA/4/1/8805).
