Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All participants gave their verbal consent after being informed about the purpose, procedures and voluntary nature of the study. The study was completely anonymous; no identifying information was collected. The Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics was sought and they confirmed that the study required no formal ethical approval as it was carried out in accordance with principles of anonymized data. The ethical committee considered verbal consent acceptable if maintaining confidentiality and anonymity of the data (Reference number: 2016/1615A).
