Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The study was approved by the Committee on Human Research and Publication Ethics (CHRPE) at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). The researchers obtained written permission from all the community based residential facilities before conducting the study. All study participants provided written informed consent, which was witnessed by at least one family member or a colleague. Participation was voluntary and participants were informed that they could withdraw from the study as they wish. Names and identity of participants were not revealed in this study and they were not obliged to answer all questions. The authors assigned unique identifiers to audio recordings and transcripts to maintain confidentiality.
