Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study, including the consent procedure, was approved by the institutional ethics review board of the University of Leipzig (Az 063–14-10032014). Furthermore, the study adhered to ICH-GCP guidelines as well as the guidelines of the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice. All participants were informed of the study procedures, data collection and anonymization of all personal data. Parents provided verbal and written informed consent for all minors. Moreover, a detailed data privacy statement was delivered by the study assistant. According to German law, all participants provided verbal informed consent, which was noted by the trained interviewer before starting with the survey.
