Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Prior to its initiation, this study was reviewed by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Gothenburg and considered not applicable under the Ethical Review Act. The board issued an advisory statement, which has been followed by the authors. Case number DNR 580–18.All physiotherapists were given oral as well as written information about the study, prior to participation. Written consent was given by each participant (as well as participating clinics’ managers) before the start of the interview. All participants could at any time during the research process opt out of the project without having to state any reason.
